At Jaskirat Singh, all products are made to order. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Share clear photos of the issue, and we’ll review it.
If the issue is confirmed, Jaskirat Singh will offer a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement after verification.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Color differences due to screen display
- Normal wear and tear
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
